Today’s exercise – Find a new one every day

 

It's a good idea to add the exercise of the day to your calendar. This makes it easier for you to remember to get it done. Create an event in your calendar and insert this link: https://bfakontor.dk/en/mind-your-body/exercise-of-the-day

  • Find a 5-minute time slot that generally fits into your workday, e.g. 9.55am-10.00am
  • Make the event recurring, preferably every weekday
  • Invite your colleagues so that more people can benefit from a break during a busy workday. You can meet physically or share your screen with the video in a virtual call.
